Frank Agnello, one of the featured stars of “Growing Up Gotti,” wasn’t ready for this closeup.
Unflattering mug shots of Agnello, taken just hours after the late Dapper Don’s grandson was caught with a “large personal stash” of pot and pills in his car, reveal a sourpuss grimace and a bowl-cut hairdo instead of his familiar gelled locks.
The 16-year-old, the youngest son of the late Mafia boss’ daughter Victoria Gotti, was busted Nov. 10 after blowing through a stop sign in Dix Hills, L.I., cops said yesterday. Two other pals were also arrested.
Cops say they caught a whiff of pot in the 2006 Chrysler Pacifica.
“The officer smelled marijuana in the car” which led him to the “large personal stash” of pot, said Suffolk County Police Lt. Donato Mignone.
Police also found powerful painkillers: OxyContin and morphine pills, Mignone said. OxyContin was the painkiller that got right-wing radio host Rush Limbaugh in trouble.
Victoria Gotti posted $200 bail to get her son out of jail. He faces up to a year in prison if convicted on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance and marijuana - both misdemeanors.
“He was not found with any drugs on his person” and will plead not guilty at a Jan. 24 hearing in Central Islip, said lawyer Adam Mandelbaum of West Oyster Bay. “The rest of the matter is under investigation.”
Frank Agnello, his mom and brothers Carmine and John starred in the short-lived A&E reality series.
