The Chilton County Sheriff’s Department is still looking for suspects involved with a meth lab bust on County Road 61 yesterday.

Around lunchtime yesterday, police made arrests on County Road 61. At least one of the suspects escaped. Tracking dogs and helicopters were used to assist in the foot pursuit of a 34-year-old male, according to scanner reports.

According to Chilton County Sheriff Kevin Davis, no arrest were made in the drug case as of press time last night.

Details about the case were not immediately available yesterday, but officials expect to release more information later today on the case.

The Sheriff’s Department’s is investigating the case.
