BUFFALO, NY(WBFO) - A domestic dispute in the Village of Akron has led to a sizeable drug bust.

Officers were called to the home of forty-nine year old Marshall Penn last night to assist with a domestic issue. The responding officer sensed something was amiss and later returned with a search warrant. The search uncovered a massive marijuana growing operation in the home.

Several plants and an elaborate indoor growing system were all confiscated.

Penn is currently behind bars and is facing an arraignment on drug charges.
